Do you supply artwork overseas?
Yes we do. We regularly export prints to countries in the EU as well as America, Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore and many other locations.
Do you deliver framed prints overseas?
It is not expensive to ship unframed prints internationally. We can also despatch framed prints but delivery charges can be expensive. For this reason most overseas customers opt for unframed prints and arrange framing locally. Please let us know if you would like more details.
Do I pay VAT on international deliveries?
We are obliged to charge VAT on sales within the EU (European Union). There is no VAT chargeable on exports to countries outside of the EU. If you order online VAT is automatically adjusted and you get chance to review this before confirmation and payment of your order.
How do you ship prints?
We generally use the postal service which enables us to keep delivery costs down. We are happy to quote for delivery by courier if you prefer.
How much is shipping?
If you order prints in our standard online sizes we charge a flat rate of £10 + VAT for shipping. This is a subsidised cost. For other orders, including for framed prints. we will be happy to quote you for delivery charges.
How long do prints take to arrive?
This varies by country. Normally prints are received within 5 – 10 days of despatch but this depends on international postal services.
What about customs charges?
Unfortunately custom charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
Is there anything else I should know?
Problems with international deliveries are extremely rare. But when they happen we are bound by the rules of the postal services for redelivery or replacement of artwork.
